Promotion of Cyberjustice in Spain, Phase III: Judicial Organization and Quality Management

Through this project, deliverables are developed along two major lines: judicial organisation and quality management.  These serve as a valuable reference for constructing a legal framework that addresses the issues and challenges identified in the Public Justice Service in Spain concerning administrative, procedural, and digital efficiency. The conclusions drawn from the conducted work should be seen as reference  points for  future legislative initiatives in the specified areas.
