Description
The project aims to optimize criminal proceedings in Italy and is supported by EU funding. It provides the Ministry of Justice, the beneficiary, with tools and instruments to develop the new application for criminal proceedings (APP 2.0) and cover its functionalities up to the judgment of first instance by 01/01/2025, in order to achieve the NPRR’s objectives.
